- Atlantic Wireless believes that people need time outside of work for vacation, sickness, and personal time. The Paid Time Off program is Atlantic Wireless’s answer to this need. We have combined all vacation days, sick days, personal days, and any other needed time off into what we call Paid Time Off or PTO. PTO is earned over time. The following grid represents how much PTO you will earn over the time you work for Atlantic Wireless.
