Our Culture
Here at Atlantic Wireless we take pride in our incredible culture. Our company culture has a strong foundation built upon four cornerstones: Mission, Vision, Core Values, and Behaviors. As we interact every day with associates (employees) and customers we will be doing so using these four cornerstones in mind. It’s what customers and associates see, hear, and experience when they come into contact with Atlantic Wireless. Annually we survey every associate and ask them four key culture questions:

- What is different about our culture compared to other company cultures?
- What do you like about our culture?
So, do you want to know how strong our culture actually is? Well then, simply read the results from our 2011 Culture Survey below. The following are the unedited answers (we did correct one or two spelling errors) to our four culture questions from the 2011 Culture Survey:
What does the Atlantic Wireless culture mean to you?

What is different about our culture compared to other company cultures?
- “There is a culture here. My old jobs did not have one.”
- “Atlantic Wireless is focused on living into its culture - it becomes an ingrained part of your lifestyle, and is something that you want to be a part of. And you can carry the culture with you out the door, and into the community. Most company cultures that I have experienced plan on these types of ideals, but don't get there because the focus is too often changed to accommodate the next project or program. For them, they don't live into the culture - and that is the biggest difference I have noticed.”
