God is being honored as the company’s values are daily rooted in Jesus. Atlantic Wireless is God’s business. We operate on biblical principals like integrity, trust, and serving others. Therefore, we are here to manage His company with excellence.
ENERGETICALLY LED
Team members are daily influencing their work environment with enthusiasm, confidence, and humility. Atlantic Wireless team members have fun at work, are excited about leading others, and it’s contagious. They possess a spirit that is, at the same time, both self-assured and humble.
TEAM MOTIVATED (Philp 2:4)
Teamwork is enabling the group to accomplish more than they could on their own. Team members are not islands unto themselves and produce more when they work together. When this occurs, team members are rewarded financially as well as with opportunities to grow.

Atlantic Wireless goes above and beyond the norm to satisfy any customer need. Therefore, thinking outside the box is encouraged, even if it borders on the extreme.
When Atlantic Wireless arrives it is a place where God is being honored, associates are being energetically led, associates are team motivated, and all efforts are customer focused. This is a guiding force for our culture and defines the beliefs that differentiate Atlantic Wireless from all other companies. The Atlantic Wireless culture is measured using an annual Culture Survey taken by all associates.
