We are a caring organization that is lead very well and cares about employees as well as customers. Our (Atlantic Wireless) culture is a fun environment that promotes company growth. Our culture is our Mission, Vision, and Values all combined into one to make a positive, uplifting, and encouraging culture.

- I think that it’s hard for me to really answer this question because I know the culture at our store. I feel like the company is separated into 11 stores and isn’t one company. I thought I would meet people at the Christmas party but everyone was still so standoffish. I know what the culture is supposed to be, I’m just not sure if it is. We get these emails everyday about birthdays, anniversaries, etc. and they all seem so generic. I also feel like our store isn’t included and barely gets recognition for anything.

- The behavior is driving. Everyone that I’ve met at the admin office seems to be very cheerful. The few retail locations I’ve visited each have their own type of cheer. The thought is that you can always do more. It seems the atmosphere is very goal focused, but the accountability and training is missing.

- Other companies I worked for focused more on making money than training, encouraging, and enjoyment of the job.
- I never worked for a company that is very God oriented, I’m not a religious person and glad that they respect that & don’t try to push it upon me.
- Customer service is not the same many companies want to provide the best but only get the worst here at Atlantic wireless we provide great customer service even though we all have had the system issues we play a big role to keep the customers to stay with U.S. Cellular
- Other companies strictly follow cooperate rules. AWC is about having fun, being involved, caring, sharing and being a team!
- Customer satisfaction is at the top of our agenda here. I can tell by the comments that customers make that they are not treated the same by other companies. Our culture also isn’t uptight.
- We care about employees and customers. We do what it takes to succeed while making everyone happy. No other company does it like us.

- Well other companies that I’ve worked for to not state any kind of culture like ours and to second that other companies do not care for their employees like Atlantic Wireless. I feel like family working for Atlantic Wireless.

So, what do you think? We sure do have a pretty impressive culture here at Atlantic Wireless. Our people are definitely world class! Do you want to know how we have created such an amazing culture? It’s a secret…..just kidding. The way we look at things is a bit different than other companies. We believe that Jesus has stewarded Atlantic Wireless with its associates (employees). Therefore, we try and practice Matthew 7:12 which states “So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you…” Our leaders are servant leaders so we ensure our associates have the best of everything. That means Atlantic Wireless will provide world class management, world class locations, world class training, and world class benefits. We are not perfect but we are striving for excellence.
